Self-catering holiday lets and home vacation for short term rental of one month, two month or more available.  

Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Advance rental paid upfront upon handing over keys
2. Security deposit : RM1,500
3. Utilities deposit : RM500

• When the lease term ends, the security deposit will then be refunded without interest. However, the landlord reserves the right to deduct from the deposit all costs, damages and expenses incurred for excessive cleaning. Please Read Rental Agreement / Contract Here

• Mode of payment: Cash or $USD accepted. (Sorry we do not have credit card facilities)

• Once you have paid up the deposit, you can move in anytime.

Accommodation Type: Self-catering accommodation (Private-owner apartment)
Please note there is a 20% service fee levied on the rental quoted.
